- 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) AND 2+ years experience in Software Sales Recruitment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Adaptability of approach & style to effectively collaborate with, convince and influence a diverse stakeholder group in a complex environment with clarity and persuasiveness
- Continuously innovate on recruiting practices and approaches and closely follow trends and developments in the recruiting market and apply them to your projects and searches

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire world class Sales talent for the Enterprise Sales Business at ATOSS. You'll focus on delivering a great candidate experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and identify motivators to engage and close candidates.
