- 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) AND 2+ years experience in Software Sales Recruitment
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Adaptability of approach & style to effectively collaborate with, convince and influence a diverse stakeholder group in a complex environment with clarity and persuasiveness
- Continuously innovate on recruiting practices and approaches and closely follow trends and developments in the recruiting market and apply them to your projects and searches
- Enthusiastic about a quality-oriented approach to talent acquisition – "it takes what it takes" – mass hiring is not your bag

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire world class Sales talent for the Enterprise Sales Business at ATOSS.
