- Datenanalyse und Nutzerverhalten verstehen: Benutzerverhaltensmuster identifizieren und Konversionsraten zu optimieren unter Nutzung von A/B Testing Tools (z.B. ABLyft), Google Analytics 4, Heatmaps und Session Recordings (Clarity), Attribution-und Reporting Tools (Admetrics), Kundenfeedback (Surveys) und Industry Best Practise.
- Effektive A/B-Tests konzipieren und durchführen: Einrichtung von Tests, Festlegung der Testdauer, Priorisierung in A/B-Testing-Roadmap sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern bei komplexen Tests (oder eigene Implementierung)
- Webseiten- und Inhalts-Optimierung: Empfehlungen und Implementierung von Änderungen in Design, Inhalt und Funktionalität zur Steigerung der User Experience und Konversionsraten.
- Analyse, Reporting und Metriken: Analyse der Conversion-Funnel, Verständnis von CR, ARPU, Session- und User-Conversion-Rate. Analyse und Berichterstattung von u.a. Admetrics, AbLyft, Clarity, und Google Analytics 4 Daten sowie wo notwendig Erstellung von Looker Studios.
- Projektmanagement: Sofern du nicht selbst implementieren kannst (UI/UX Fähigkeiten in Figma und co), Koordination zwischen Grafik-, Merchandising- und Entwicklerteams.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Nutzung von A/B Testing Tools (z.B. ABLyft), Google Analytics 4, Heatmaps und Session Recordings (Clarity), Attribution-und Reporting Tools (Admetrics).
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit gängigen UX Tools (z.B. Figma) ein großes Plus
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit Tests von Idee bis zur Umsetzung und Auswertung zu begleiten.
- Du hast die Kompetenz in der Planung, Priorisierung, Durchführung und Analyse von A/B-Tests sowie in der Entwicklung von Teststrategien.
- Die Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und zur Optimierung von Webinhalten gehört zu deinen Stärken.
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis von E-Commerce-Metriken und deren Auswirkungen auf die Geschäftsstrategie
