- Du bist verantwortlich für die Gesamtkoordination des Projekts bis zur Eröffnung der Outlets
- Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den relevanten Behörden
- Du koordinierst und überwachst die Berichterstattung der Gutachter, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Aspekte des Projekts im Einklang stehen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Genehmigungsunterlagen und stehst im Dialog mit den Mitarbeitern, um einen reibungslosen Genehmigungsprozess zu gewährleisten- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam trägst du zur konzeptionellen Entwicklung der Outlet-Objekte bei
- Du spielst eine aktive Rolle bei Ausschreibungen und Vergabeprozessen, um sicherzustellen, dass die besten Partner für das Projekt ausgewählt werden
- Du behältst die Kosten im Blick und implementiert effektiven Controlling, um das Budget des Projekts zu überwachen
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten mit
- Du interagierst erfolgreich mit Behörden, Gutachtern und internen Teams dank deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du zeigst eine proaktive Herangehensweise an die Herausforderungen des Bauprojekt Managements
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert- Du trägst mit deinem Verständnis für Kostenkontrolle und Budgetmanagement zur wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung des Projekts bei
- Du bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
