- In der Position als Promoter erreichst Du Deine Ziele durch die Promotion von Niederspannungsmotoren und deren optimalen Einsatz in verschiedensten Branchen im industriellen Umfeld.
- Du agierst über den Vertrieb in den verschiedenen Regionen bei unseren Kunden. Dabei konzentrierst Du Dich auf den Einsatz unserer Motoren in den Applikationen der Kunden
- Du befähig und motivierst den Vertrieb, um zusätzliches Geschäft durch Deine professionelle Unterstützung auf- und auszubauen.
- Du führst proaktiv Präsentation, Roadshows, Webinare und Schulungen für Kollegen, Kunden und Partner aus verschiedenen Branchen durch und erstellst die dafür notwendigen Unterlagen und Konzepte.
- Du arbeitest in einem professionellen Team von Promotoren und dem Technical Sales Support, um gemeinsam gesteckte Ziele zu erreichen.
- Dir steht professionelles Marketing zur Verfügung, um die Inhalte zu den Kunden zu transportieren.
- Du kreierst Promotion-Aktivitäten auf Grundlage der Markttransparenz und setzt diese eigenständig um.
- Du bewertest Kundenbedürfnisse und Anforderungen und unterstützt bei der Erstellung optimaler Anwendungen und Angebote.
- Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen dem Markt und dem Produktmanagement und gibst wertvolle Hinweise für die Entwicklung der Produkte. Dabei unterstützt Du die entsprechenden Business Cases und kundenspezifische Anforderungen.
- Darüber hinaus identifizierst Du und baust Multiplikatoren in verschiedenen Regionen auf und unterstützt Deine Kollegen aktiv beim Wachstum des Geschäftsfeldes.
- Du bist Vorbild für die regionalen Manager, um die Vertriebsorganisation in Bezug auf unser Kerngeschäft in der Industrie zu beeinflussen und auszubauen. Dein Profil.
- Du hast ein Masterstudium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Dazu hast Du eine ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität zusammen mit hoher Kompetenz im technischen Umfeld.
- Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Motoren, der Spezifika von Motoren und den erforderlichen branchenspezifischen Ausführungen konntest Du bereits sammeln.
- Du bist motiviert und kreativ, um optimale Lösungen für unsere Kunden in einem hochgradigen technischen Umfeld zu finden.
- Dazu verfügst Du über starke Kommunikations- und herausragende Präsentationsfähigkeiten (mündlich sowie auch schriftlich) in deutscher und englischer Sprache und überzeugst Kunden und Kollegen von Ihren Lösungen.
- Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert und bringst Deine Themen mit Eigeninitiative voran.
- Mit Deiner interkulturellen Kompetenz bist Du es gewohnt in einem Team zu arbeiten und sprichst idealerweise auch Deutsch und/oder Englisch.
