    Im Mobility-Team unserer People Advisory Services in Mannheim, Stuttgart, München, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Köln, Berlin oder Hamburg berätst du unsere Mandant:innen bei steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen zu Entsendungen unserer Mitarbeitenden ins Ausland und nach Deutschland. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben:

    • Beratung international tätiger Unternehmen hinsichtlich globaler Vergütungsmodelle und Payroll Management
    • Sammlung und Beurteilung von Gehaltsdaten nach steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Gesichtspunkten
    • Erstellung von Management- und Kostenreports zur Optimierung der Personalentsendungsprozesse
    • Leitung von Projekten, Koordination mehrerer Prüfungs- und Beratungsaufträge und Motivation deines Teams für die gemeinsamen Aufgaben
    • Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder

    Das bringst du mit – Fähigkeiten, mit denen du die Zukunft gestaltest

    • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung und in der Leitung von Payroll-Projekten
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt internationales Personalmanagement, Steuern, Finanzbuchhaltung o. Ä.
    • Analytische Fähigkeiten und präzise Arbeitsweise
    • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit klaren Zielvorstellungen und unternehmerischer Denkweise
    • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
