    The Role: As a Sales Representative at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will drive the growth of the microbiology business within your designated territory.

    This remote position, part of Beckman Coulter Microbiology in Sacramento, California, is fully home-based within the sales region. At Beckman Coulter, we envision revolutionizing healthcare one diagnosis at a time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and assess Microbiology prospects in the Region: Köln, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Frankfurt am Main.
    • Maintain an accurate sales project forecast with thorough documentation and planned follow-up actions.
    • Stay abreast of product knowledge, market trends, industry dynamics, competition, and customer strategies.
    • Execute the sales strategy and implement closing plans to achieve sales objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer satisfaction through tailored strategies and solutions.
    • Ideal Location: Köln, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Frankfurt am Main

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, preferably Biology, or a degree as a Medizinisch Technische Assistent*In (MTA).
    • Several years of experience in sales focusing on Sales, Acquisition, and Business Development within the Medical Devices sector.
    • Background in direct selling within Microbiology, possessing expert knowledge in Microbiology, Bacterial Identification, and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing.
    • Familiarity with the German healthcare system, IVD testing in hospital and private settings, and proficiency in business management tools.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Fluent in German and English at a professional level.
