Als Business Process Improvement Analyst arbeitest Du an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungslösungen im Customer Service. Du bist verantwortlich für das Management von Projekten zur Automatisierung des Order-to-Cash Prozesses.

Der primäre Arbeitsort ist das Medtronic Office in Meerbusch bei Düsseldorf. Dazu gibt es die Möglichkeit, teilweise von der Heimatadresse aus zu arbeiten (Home Office).
Ein Tag im Leben
• Planung, Unterstützung und Nachbereitung von Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung, um Kundenzufriedenheit und Prozesseffizienz zu erhöhen
• Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten zur Transformation und strategischen Ausrichtung der Kundenbetreuung und Unterstützung bei der lokalen Umsetzung
• Durchführung von Analysen und Testings zur Unterstützung der Einführung neuer IT-Anwendungen und Tools
• Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Ist-/Sollprozessen, deren Übersetzung in technische Anforderungen, sowie der kontinuierliche Austausch mit anderen Funktionsbereichen und externen Partnern zur Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesslandschaft
• Vorbereitung von Kommunikations- und Change-Management-Konzepten
• Aufgreifen von (digitalen) Innovationen und Best Practice Ansätzen, mit dem Ziel, neue Tools und Methoden im Business zu integrieren
Das ist uns wichtig
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Informatik bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik
• Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse, gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Sehr guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Tools und SAP-Produkten
• Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationsgeschick
• Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu reduzieren und Inhalte klar zu kommunizieren
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
