    Senior Supply Chain Specialist - Workstream Lead for APS Implementation | Focus Demand Planning

    Our client is seeking a technically minded leader to manage the implementation of a comprehensive APS software for three production sites from selection to process design and configuration to go-live.

    Your objectives:

    As the Senior Specialist, you will be measured against the following objectives:

    1) Technical management of core team (internal subject matter experts) as well as external resources.

    2) Determination of the needs-oriented project progress aliened with involved person and implementation of the necessary actions.

    3) Project management (planning, coordination and control of progress) for the implementation of a comprehensive APS software for three production sites from selection to process design and configuration to go live.

    What you will do:

    As the Senior Specialist, your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Project management (planning, coordination and control of progress) for the implementation of a comprehensive APS software for three production sites from selection to process design and configuration to go live.
    • Coordination of internal and external partners as well as organization of workshops with a focus on Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning.
    • Harmonisation of business and IT requirements, especially IT interface between APS and ERP and master data.
    • Technical management of core team (internal subject matter experts) as well as external resources.
    • Wide knowledge in the areas of process, change and project management (timely and cost-effective implementation of transformation projects).

    What you will bring:

    These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Senior Specialist:

    • Several years of operational experience in planning a supply chain with focus on Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning.
    • SAP R/3 and S4 knowledge (PP, MM).
    • APS knowledge (SAP APO, Kinaxis, etc.).
    • First experience in project management (PRINCE or similar) or as a team leader or in implementing tactical actions.
    • Ideally, consulting experience in business process re-engineering.
