    Why us?

    Als Founders Associate im Bereich Product spielst du eine zentrale Rolle im Auf- und Ausbau unseres Produkts. Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Chief Product Officer (CPO) zusammen und bist ein entscheidender Treiber für die Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Initiativen und die Verbesserung unserer Produktprozesse.

    Aufgaben

    • Du unterstützt das operative Geschäft, um die Unternehmensziele effektiv zu erreichen und die strategische Ausrichtung sicherzustellen.
    • Du kennst unsere Kunden und leitest Product Features ab, um gesetzte Ziele zu erreichen.
    • Du bist verantwortlich für das Nachhalten der Produktziele in Abstimmung mit dem Team.
    • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagern, UX Designer und Engineers zusammen, um Problemlösungen zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
    • Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung der bestehenden Produktprozesse sowie bei der Validierung und Weiterentwicklung von Features.
    • Du wirkst an Schlüsselprojekten mit, die für das Wachstum und den Erfolg von RABOT Charge von hoher Bedeutung sind.
    • Du initiierst neue Ideen und Projekte entlang des gesamten Product Cycles und führst diese in Eigenregie durch.

    Qualifikation

    • Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einer relevanten Disziplin an einer führenden Universität erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
    • Du bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in einem schnell ändernden Unternehmensumfeld, wie bspw. Start-up, Unternehmensberatung, Consulting oder Bereich Venture Capital.
    • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
    • Du zeichnest dich durch exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus und bist ein Teamplayer.
    • Du legst hohe Qualitätsansprüche an deine Arbeit, dich selbst und andere, und legst eine Can-Do-Mentalität an den Tag, die andere motiviert.
    • Du verkörperst Zielstrebigkeit, hohes Maß an Proaktivität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
    • Du bist stark am Aufbau von Unternehmen interessiert und besitzt einen ausgeprägten Willen, kontinuierlich Neues zu lernen.

Mit unseren innovativen Einkaufsstrategien gewährleisten wir sowohl ökologische Nachhaltigkeit als auch Kostenoptimierung im Home Energy Management. Durch die Weitergabe der Börseneinkaufspreise an unsere Kunden können wir deren Stromrechnung im Schnitt um 35 % reduzieren. Besitzer von Elektrofahrzeugen und Smart Metern können besonders von unserem dynamischen Stromtarif profitieren, da sie ihre Fahrzeuge zu Hause automatisch dann laden können, wenn die Börsenstrompreise besonders günstig sind. In unserer RABOT Charge App lassen sich die Ladepräferenzen einfach festlegen sowie die Börsenstrompreise aktuell verfolgen. Mit unseren intelligenten Ladelösungen tragen wir aktiv dazu bei, den Anteil von Ökostrom am Gesamtstromverbrauch in Deutschland zu erhöhen.
