- Performing various steps in the exposure process
- assembling and monitoring of CNC controlled equipment
- Independent elimination of malfunctions on the equipment ( with the help of external support as well)
- Close cooperation with the shift supervisor and production manager
- Permanent optimization of the equipment (quality, productivity, runtime optimization)
- process-accompanying quality control and documentation
- Collaboration in the implementation of improvement possibilities for quality, output and machine capacity utilization/runtimes
- Communication and exchange of information within the shift, shift supervisor, as well as between shifts
- Ensuring that sufficient materials are available in the appropriate area
- Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment
- Completed education (ideally as a microtechnologist) and/or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the above mentioned activities in an industrial company
- Experience in handling CNC machines
- Very good technical understanding
- High affinity to processes in microelectronics
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Reliable and careful way of working
- Familiarity with PC applications (Office, database system)
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is desirable
- A good working atmosphere in a well-coordinated, cooperative and motivated team
