    Consultant Trading & Valuation / Audit & Assurance (m/w/d)

    Dein Impact:

    Als Consultant Trading & Valuation (m/w/d) bist Du für die Prüfung der Handelsgeschäfte und des Investmentbankings bei unseren Mandanten zuständig. Des Weiteren berätst Du unsere Mandanten bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung strukturierter Produkte, der Interpretation und Implementierung neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen – und trägst so zur Einhaltung von Bilanzierungsstandards und aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen sowie der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen bei.

    • Hands-on-Einstieg: Im Rahmen von Jahresabschlussprüfungen beurteilst du Handelsprozesse von Kreditinstituten im Hinblick auf aufsichtsrechtliche Anforderungen (u. a. MaRisk, EMIR, SFTR).
    • HGB / IFRS: Du prüfst Bilanzierung von Finanzinstrumenten nach HGB und IFRS inklusive der Bilanzierung von Sicherungsbeziehungen und kommunizierst Ergebnisse an die Fachabteilungen.
    • Beratung: Mandanten unterstützt du bei Fragen zur Bilanzierung von Handelsgeschäften im Rahmen von Beratungsprojekten und bei der Umsetzung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards.
    • Compliance: Bei der Auslegung neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen und Implementierung von Handelsprozessen stehst du Mandanten beratend zur Seite.
    • Teamwork: Außerdem arbeitest du an Auswirkungsanalysen im Rahmen von Portfoliokäufen und -verkäufen im Hinblick auf die Jahresabschlusskennzahlen und Kapitalquoten mit.
    Dein Skillset:
    • Studium, z. B. der Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, des (Wirtschafts-)Rechts oder der Finanzmathematik mit Erfolg abgeschlossen, Ausbildung / Praktika im Finanzsektor von Vorteil
    • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an (strukturierten) Finanzinstrumenten und deren Bilanzierung
    • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Einarbeitung in Prozesse, neue regulatorische Anforderungen sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Kommunikationsstärke, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
    • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
