- Übergabe durch die Vertriebsteams (Solution/Service Designer)
- Kick-off-Meetings mit Kunden und internen ISPs
- Planen und Verwalten der Post Contract Verification mit dem Kunden
- Einrichtung eines Governance-Rahmens - Transition Board
- Bereitstellung des Übergangsservices und Sicherstellung, dass die Abhängigkeiten zwischen den ISPs verstanden und proaktiv gehandhabt werden
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und Vertretern von Interessengruppen
- Sicherstellen, dass der Kunde die Abhängigkeiten akzeptiert und die Lieferung veranlasst wird
- Management von Risiken, Annahmen, Problemen und Abhängigkeiten
- Durchführung der Transition unter Verwendung des Group Service Take-On Framework
- Verwalten des Übergangsbudgets und sicherstellen, dass monatliche Finanzberichte mit überarbeiteten Prognosen bis zur Fertigstellung erstellt werden
- Vervollständigung der wöchentlichen Projektberichte
- Sicherstellen, dass die Produkte geliefert und abgezeichnet werden
- Verwalten von Meilensteinzielen und Abhängigkeitsplänen
- Verwalten von Servicebereitschaft und Cutover
- Vorbereitung von Checkpoint 6 und Serviceübergabe mit dem Service-Management
- Prince2-Ausbildung auf Foundation-Niveau und hinarbeiten auf eine Practitioner-Qualifikation oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation hin.
- Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz bei der Erzielung erfolgreicher Projektergebnisse von Anfang bis Ende
- Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen, Konflikte zu entschärfen und bei Bedarf eine Führungsrolle zu übernehmen
- Fähigkeit, die erforderlichen Geschäftsergebnisse zu verstehen, die für den Auftrag oder das Projekt wichtig sind
- Microsoft-Anwendungen: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook und Project sowie andere relevante Tools
