    Job Description

    Eagle Eye Networks is in search of a dynamic Regional Sales Director (RSD) to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) region. This role entails leading a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), steering the sales strategy and execution for the region, and collaborating with other Sales Leaders to exceed revenue goals. The region's sales efforts will be channeled through a network of resellers comprised of Security and IT Resellers and Integrators. As a pivotal expansion role for our company amid robust growth, the RSD DACH will guide and expand a team of seasoned sales professionals, ensuring the creation and execution of actionable territory plans, results-oriented activities, customer relationship building, and reseller expansion. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, Europe, the RSD DACH will play a key role in surpassing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue targets.

    Responsibilities Include

    • Cultivate a formidable regional sales team by consistently evaluating individual performance and recruiting skilled personnel aligned with the company culture.
    • Provide continuous coaching, motivation, and development for team members, fostering their professional growth.
    • Define the overall vision and annual sales and revenue plan for the region, aligning with the company's strategy and objectives.
    • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
    • Offer input and direction to other sales personnel interacting with the regional team, ensuring a unified, results-oriented sales plan and execution.
    • Achieve annual performance goals through robust account planning, customer needs analysis, and proactive promotion of Eagle Eye Networks within the region.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives and annual plans promoting Eagle Eye Networks within the region.
    • Conduct monthly reviews to ensure regional plans are executed and updated as necessary.
    • Travel extensively within the region to customer sites and industry events, promoting and expanding Eagle Eye Network's presence, brand, revenue and market share.
    • Frequent travel with RSMs for mentoring and coaching purposes.
    • Ensure adherence to all company and department policies.
    • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
    • Become an expert on Eagle Eye Networks solutions and offerings.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Uphold the highest level of integrity and ethics.
    • Possess 10+ years of experience in Video/Security/Technology, with a minimum of 5 years in sales leadership.
    • Demonstrated experience working with and selling to/through resellers.
    • Highly proficient in selling and leading in a CRM environment.
    • Exceptional presentation skills for both large and small groups.
    • Outstanding English written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong client relationships.
    • Willingness to travel extensively (>50% of the time).
    • University Degree or relevant equivalency.
