- Du entwickelst neue, innovative Gartengeräte unter Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler Normen und Richtlinien. Ausgehend von einer Idee konzipierst und konstruierst du handgeführte Werkzeuge, die du in allen Entwicklungsphasen, d.h. von der Handskizze über den ersten Prototypen bis hin zur Serienfertigung, verantwortest. Dabei gehst du methodisch vor und setzt dir dabei dein fundiertes Ingenieurswissen, deine Kreativität und deine praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gartengeräten ein.
- Darüber hinaus führst du Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten unter Berücksichtigung von Standardisierungs- und Kostensenkungsvorgaben durch, erstellst und bearbeitest Stücklisten, technische Zeichnungen und weiterentwicklungsbezogene Dokumentationen.
- Im Rahmen der Produktvalidierung und -verifizierung arbeitest du eng mit unserem Prüflabor und externen Zertifizierungspartnern zusammen. Unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen und Ressourcen erstellst du Testszenarien und Testkriterien und leitest daraus die Anforderungen an das Testverfahren ab.
- Du führst Benchmark-Analysen durch, recherchierst die Patentsituation, die relevanten Standards und die Zulassungsvoraussetzungen für die von dir betreuten Entwicklungsprojekte.
- In deiner Rolle als Entwicklungsingenieur führst du Spannungsberechnungen, Kostenberechnungen und Risikobeurteilungen durch und entwickelst Konstruktionskonzepte unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, fertigungstechnischer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen.
- Außerdem bist du an D- und PFMEA-Meetings, der Reklamationsbearbeitung, der Lieferantenentwicklung und Lieferantenaudits beteiligt. Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams in der Entwicklung sowie in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Fertigung, Produktmanagement und Qualitätssicherung zusammen.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse am Gärtnern und hast bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit hand- und motorbetriebenen Gartengeräten.
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. Eine vorherige, abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metall- oder Handwerksberuf ist von Vorteil.
- Darüber hinaus verfügst du über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und/oder Konstruktion im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von 3D-CAD-Systemen, idealerweise in Verbindung mit Siemens NX, Teamcenter und SAP.
- Zu deinen Stärken gehören Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstorganisation, Belastbarkeit und Kreativität.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine zielorientierte, analytische und methodische Arbeitsweise aus.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, umfassende MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
