- Sie stellen eine nahtlose, effiziente und robuste Ausführung des Sourcing Prozesses in Projekten und des Änderungsmanagements für die Serienbeschaffung unter Einhaltung der globalen Eppendorf Beschaffungsstandards sicher.
- Sie führen das Forward Sourcing von der Vorstudie bis zum End of Life, einschließlich Kostenkontrolle, Anlaufmanagement, Lieferrisikomanagement usw., in Übereinstimmung mit der Materialgruppenstrategie, bezüglich Qualität, Kosten, Entwicklung und Logistik durch.
- Sie verantworten die Planung, Umsetzung und Koordination von SCM-Konzepten zur effizienten Realisierung eines optimierten Materialflusses vom Lieferanten bis zur Produktion von der frühen Entwicklungsphase bis zum End of Life.
- Sie übernehmen die Koordination, Implementierung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungen.
- Sie führen die Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten in Bezug auf Preis, Menge und Qualität durch.
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL/ Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen/allg. Ingenieurswesen/Chemie/Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung im internationalen Beschaffungs- / Lieferkettenmanagement oder in der Produktentwicklung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Beschaffung und Logistik.
- Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung im Forward Sourcing im Kontext eines High-Tech-Fertigungsunternehmens und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der agilen Entwicklung.
- Sie sind bereit zu internen und externen Stakeholdern zu reisen und verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenzen.
- Sie haben ein starkes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in Elektronik, Polymeren oder mechanischer Verarbeitung.
- Sie besitzen starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein kompetentes Auftreten sowie analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsmethode.
- Sie beherrschen MS Office und SAP gut und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
