    For our Team in Munich we are looking for an

    Project Manager, Brand Experience (m/f/x)

    We are looking for a team player who is able to leverage past expertise and bring a process-driven approach ensuring successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for project management and clarity, including budget estimation, process control, report the project status, and tracking of lifecycle project issues.
    • Utilize project management tools to effectively identify risks and take measures to mitigate the impact of risks with all stakeholders
    • Close collaboration with other departments using project management skills to manage input and output
    • Liaise directly with partner creative agencies for optimal return-on-investment, coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
    • Closely track the progress of the project to ensure the successful completion of the project on time and in quality.
    • Set up the project team and clarify the responsibilities of the project team
    • Prepare and attend BDE EU meetings / workshops and create Meeting Minutes/Progress Reports
    • Organize the review meeting of project milestones
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
    • Make non-technical orders
    • Manages issues escalation to the next level
    • Reports to the Manager of the department
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Internationally recognised qualifications in Project Management and BA/BSc. degree in a related creative discipline
    • Communication skills in English and German (Oral & Written), Chinese would be a plus.
    • At least 3 years of Project Management experience in creative studio environment
    • Intercultural, organizational and communication competence
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Very proactive and process driven personality
    • Previous experience in a creative discipline is prefered, e.g.: Design, Film Produciton, etc.
    • Flexible approach with ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and to cooperate with global teams
    • Being able to set priorities, used to work to stringent deadlines and have a meticulous approach to work
    • Willingness to continuously improve your knowledge and skills
    • Willigness to travel (domestically and internationally) as required
