    Role Overview

    Masterschool invites Program Owners to lead our transformative learning programs in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity Analysis, and Software Engineering. This role accommodates flexible engagement levels, ranging from a 30% position to full-time, depending on the program's needs and the candidate's availability. Program Owners are pivotal in navigating learners toward achievement and success within their specific fields.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program Setup and Coordination: Ensure the availability of high-quality program content and resources. Spearhead the recruitment and management of mentors to secure a supportive learning environment. Schedule and coordinate instructor-led live sessions effectively.
    • Program Management and Support: Facilitate strategy sessions to evaluate student progress and engagement, addressing challenges as they arise. Oversee mentors and provide targeted support to students, implementing tailored interventions when necessary.
    • Success and Outcomes: Drive initiatives that promote student success, including preparing them for the job market with portfolio and interview prep, ensuring all meet the essential graduation criteria.

    Qualifications

    Must-haves:

    • Proven experience in IT administration and consultancy with a deep understanding of systems operations, network management, and security protocols.
    • Background in leading and managing IT teams, with a strong emphasis on building and optimizing team performance.
    • Demonstrated leadership in managing technical projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic organizational goals.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • A strong passion for educational growth and a commitment to helping students achieve their career goals.

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience in developing and overseeing IT training programs or curricula, particularly in areas related to IT and Cybersecurity.
    • Previous mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles within technical or educational settings.
    • Familiarity with online education platforms and modern educational technologies, enhancing remote learning experiences.
