- In deiner neuen Rolle als Logistics Coordinator bist du für die Verwaltung von sämtlichen Logistikabläufe verantwortlich. In einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld, entwickelst du Logistiklösungen für unsere Kunden und setzt diese um. Du planst, koordinierst und disponierst entsprechende Dienstleistungen und achtest dabei auf kosteneffizientes Gleichgewicht zwischen Kundenservice und Lieferkosten
- Annahme und komplette Abwicklung von Aufträgen der Kontraktlogistik
- Kontrolle und Eingabe von Rechnungs- und Kosteninformationen sowie die Abrechnung von Aufträgen
- Vergleich von Preisen sowie Unterstützung bei Angebotserstellung und Preiskalkulationen
- Identifizierung von Logistikproblemen und Implementierung von Methoden zur Prozessverbesserung, um die betriebliche Effizienz zu steigern und zu verbessern
- Planung und Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von notwendigen Reporten
- Effektive Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und Mitarbeitern, um die Servicezufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Erfüllung von Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsvorgaben
- Bearbeitung von Ein- und Auslagerungen unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Produkt- und Wareneigenschaften sowie generelle Lagertätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei Inventuren, Überprüfung und Erledigung von Dokumenten
- Disposition von Lager- und Transportmitteln
- Sonstige, zugewiesene Aufgaben, die unsere Lager-, Trucking- oder Kontraktlogistikgeschäfte betreffen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Kontraktlogistik, Straßenfrachtverkehr oder Lagerlogistik
- Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) / Kaufmann für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Ausgeprägt schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gutes mathematisches Verständnis
- Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten unter einen Hut zu bringen und diese in angemessener Zeit zu erledigen
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit in einem globalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Motiviert, innovativ und flexibel
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch (und Englisch) in Wort und Schrift
