    Aufgabengebiet:

    Mit einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz und einer strategischen Vision entwickeln und implementieren Sie umfassende OT-Strategien, die mit den Zielen des Unternehmens einhergehen und die betriebliche Effizienz und Sicherheit unterstützen. Dabei setzen Sie auch die Unternehmensstandards und Best Practices um:

  • Beaufsichtigung des Entwurfs, der Einführung, der Wartung und des Lebensdauermanagements von Betriebstechnologiesystemen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf industrielle Kontrollsysteme (ICS) und andere verwandte Technologien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung und -automatisierung zu ermitteln und die Integration von OT-Systemen in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur sicherzustellen
  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu OT-Anbietern und -Partnern, um über Branchentrends und neue Technologien auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von OT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -protokollen zum Schutz der kritischen Infrastruktur der Organisation und zur Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der einschlägigen Industriestandards und Vorschriften
  • Leitung eines Teams aus mehreren OT-Abteilungen und -Spezialisten unter Anleitung, Betreuung und Leistungsbeurteilung - Gleichzeitig treiben Sie Digitalisierungsinitiativen in diesen Abteilungen voran, um die betriebliche Effizienz und Innovation zu verbessern
  • Entwicklung und Verwaltung des OT-Budgets und Sicherstellung einer effektiven Ressourcenzuweisung, um die Ziele des Unternehmens zu unterstützen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam, um den Wert und die Auswirkungen von OT-Initiativen zu kommunizieren und die strategische Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Bewertung der Leistung von OT-Systemen und -Infrastrukturen, Identifizierung verbesserungswürdiger Bereiche und Implementierung notwendiger Upgrades oder Erweiterungen
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation und Wissensverwaltung

    • Der ideale Kandidat (m/w/d)

  • Verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurswesen, Prozessautomatisierung oder einem vergleichbaren Abschluss – Fortgeschrittener Abschluss bevorzugt
  • Hat bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Technology, mit dem Fokus Industrielle Informationsmanagementsysteme, Produktinformationsmanagementsysteme, OEE-Systeme, Produktrückverfolgbarkeitssysteme, Schnittstellen zwischen OT-Systemen sowie OT/IT- Systemen und Systemen, die typischerweise in Produktionsanalagen verwendet werden
  • Bringt Führungserfahrung in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams und der Umsetzung von großen Technologieprojekten mit
  • Zeigt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Industriestandards und Best Practices im Allgemeinen; aber auch in Bezug auf OT-Sicherheit und Compliance (bspw. NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001 und NIS2)
  • Besitzt stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kann komplexe technische Konzepte an nicht-technische und technische Zuhörer verständlich übermitteln
  • Verfügt über eine analytische Denkweise, arbeitet lösungsorientiert und kann klare Entscheidungen treffen
  • Kann sich an schnell ändernde Technologien und Branchenlandschaften anpassen
  • Ist effizient in der Vernetzung mit Stakeholdern sowie Universitäten, Anbietern, Gesellschaften und Nutzergruppen
  • Verfügt über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
