Your Mission


As an operations analyst you are in charge of the daily run of our operations across the business and you take ownership to constantly maintain and further grow our process landscape.


You are passionate about workflows which may span across different teams and you constantly strive for efficient and frictionless processes.

In this position, you will also have the opportunity to actively participate in setting up new best practices, as we continue to launch new features and initiatives.


You will be working closely with the operations team as well as our product team to provide fresh impulses for our future process enhancements which may impact our internal teams, customers or our sellers.


You will fit right in if you enjoy:

  • ‍
    Firefighting: handle the transaction requests from our partners and customers from beginning until the end (including invoice and payment plan processing, customer support requests handling, etc.)

Growth: Collaborate with the Operations team to foster knowledge sharing

Communication: Foster transparency and communication with our customers

Documentation: work with the Operations team to set up and maintain our operational procedures to ensure appropriate documentation of tasks and to bring new joiners up to speed


You're a great match if

  • You have experience at a fast growing SaaS company in the payments space or at a payment service provider
  • You are rigorous with a strong attention to detail, and very good organizational skills
  • You have excellent communication skills and motivation to build an environment of trust and collaboration
  • You have the ability to build relationships and rapport effectively

Fluency in German is a must: internally we are international, speaking German is fundamental to work with our customers

Please note that this role's work is based in our Berlin office full time due to the nature of the role.
