- Du klärst kaufmännische und technische Aufträge ab und bearbeitest Einzelaufträge und Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen
- Du verfolgst Liefertermine, bearbeitest Reklamationen, betreust Kund:innen telefonisch und arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen
- Du pflegst Daten in unserem ERP-System sowie CRM-System und übernimmst administrative Empfangsaufgaben am Standort
- Du planst, bearbeitest und kommunizierst den Forecast der einzelnen Projekte nach Luxemburg
- Du planst, bereitest und unterstützt Kunden-Events am Standort in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in mit der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, vorangegangene technische Ausbildung wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe gepaart mit einer starken Persönlichkeit, welche sich durch technisches Verständnis auszeichnet
- Du bist teamfähig und kundenorientiert
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vertragsrecht und formellen Dokumenten, sowie Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. JD Edwards/SAP)
- Du besitzt gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit einem technischen Konfigurationstool
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
