- Sie leiten oder begleiten selbstständig komplexe Projekte, von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung, zum Ausbau des digitalen Angebots der Stadt Mannheim unter Beteiligung unterschiedlicher Akteure.
- Sie wirken im Scouting und in der Konzeption innovativer Lösungen für Verwaltungsdigitalisierung mit, unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Technologien (z.B. KI, Cloud).
- Sie bauen im Handlungsfeld "Digitalisierung" eigenverantwortlich Partnerschaften mit Hochschulen und anderen Akteuren auf, mit dem Ziel der Umsetzung und Unterstützung neuer Projektideen in der Verwaltung.
- Sie unterstützen die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierungsstrategie.
- Sie wirken konzeptionell und redaktionell an der Gestaltung unserer Online-Ressourcen zum Thema Digitalisierung mit, wie z.B. Websites und Social Media.
- Sie verfügen über ein Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss, und vorzugsweise mind. 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung außerhalb einer öffentlichen Verwaltung.
- Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Prozess- u. Projektmanagement, Datenanalyse und -aufbereitung mit und haben praktische Erfahrungen in der digitalen Transformation gesammelt.
- In unserer Multistakeholder-Umgebung zeigen Sie eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
