Your future team

You will be part of the Guest experience department, working closely with the product management team to support multi-functional squads of developers, designers and QA managers.

You will help to collaborate with other product teams with the goal of improving the user experience for millions of users, thereby having a significant impact on our business.

We're always looking for ways to improve our tech stack, and make our fast-paced environment even smoother and slicker.

As an intern in the product management team, you will be right in the middle of this, and you will be ideally positioned to gain experience with some exciting technologies.

Our Tech Stack

Data storage with Elasticsearch 7, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis.
Data usage via Looker, Redshift and Tableau.
Monitoring with ELK, Grafana and internally developed technologies.
User Research via UserTesting and Clarity.
Internally developed AB testing tools to understand and manage every change.
Project management with JIRA and Github amongst others.

Your role in this journey

Support the product management team, with the chance to have responsibility for independent projects.
Conduct user interviews and analytics, quantitative research and market research to determine features for development.
Support the endtoend product development process, including identifying user needs, gathering requirements from UX and developers, quality testing, and conducting A/B tests before rolling out features to users.
Support with monitoring product usage and thereby help drive product decisions.
Work closely together with one of the product teams in an agile and international environment based on Scrum and Kanban methods.
Get insights into a wide range of projects, processes & tools.

Your backpack is filled with

Currently enrolled or recently finished studies in a technical or business related area.
An analytical mindset and ability to gather insights and use them for decisionmaking.
Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed according to schedule.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities necessary to thrive in a fastpaced, agile environment.
Impeccable communication skills.
Fluent English skills written & spoken.
Previous experience in product management and/or agile ways of working would be beneficial.
