Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are properly communicated to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and organized dining area for incoming guests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant or food service role, is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
Knowledge of food and beverage items, including allergies and dietary preferences.
Flexibility to work shifts during weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to changing circumstances.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and bill processing.

Compensation:
