- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the energy storage & charging or related industries
- Strong understanding of the energy market and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills(English), with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in Agile product development methodologies and tool
- Conducting market research to understand the needs of customers and identifying potential gaps in the market that the new energy product could fill
- Develop European resources and jointly develop new product solutions with headquarters R&D team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and are aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Developing business channel for new energy products and presenting them to senior management for approval
- Monitoring the performance of the energy products, analyzing customer feedback, and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance and drive growth
- Participation in international projects with highly motivated and performance-oriented teams
