  • Der Operations Coordinator unterstützt den operativen Service an Windenergieanlage in einer Vielzahl an administrativen Aufgaben. Er/Sie ist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem operativen Service und den Fachabteilungen wie Major Projects, Einkauf, Logistik und Engineering. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Rolle wird in der Unterstützung von Großkomponententauschen liegen.

  • Rechnungsmanagement (Prüfung und Freigabe)
  • Durchführen von SAP Buchungen
  • Erstellen von relevanten Baustellendokumenten in Absprache mit der Fachabteilung
  • Unterstützung bei Stundenbuchungen
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben (Baufortschritt)
  • Klärung kaufmännischer Sachverhalte
