    Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lead-Generierung zur Neukundenakquise im B2B Bereich? Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich als Marketing Lead Generation Manager im Marketing & Growth Team unseres stark wachsenden B2B SaaS Unternehmens. Dein Arbeitsalltag
  • Du verantwortest Maßnahmen zur Marketing Leadgenerierung & MQL Nurturing und entwickelst damit unsere Aktivitäten zur Neukundengewinnung stetig weiter
  • Du gestaltest überzeugende E-Mail-Kampagnen die in die ganzheitliche Content-Strategie unserer Go-to-Market Approaches eingebettet sind (z.B. Whitepaper, Messen & Events, Webinare)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales Team zusammen um Übergabepunkte im LeadGen-Prozess zu definieren, Lead-Qualitätssignale zu messen und unser Lead-Scoring weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du analysiert zentrale KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lead Generation Strategie und Implementierung entlang des Marketing Funnels
  • Du beobachtest Trends im Wettbewerbsumfeld und B2B SaaS Kontext und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für das Wachstum in der Neukundengewinnung ab
    • Dein Profil
  • Jahre Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Planung und Durchführung von LeadGen-Maßnahmen im B2B SaaS Bereich
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen (z.B. Salesforce, Hubspot) und Integrationen in weitere Marketing-Tools (z.B. Werbenetzwerke, ABM Tools), SEO-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Kreativität und gestalterische Erfahrung bei der Content-Entwicklung effektiver LeadGen-Maßnahmen (z.B. E-Mail Nurturing Sequenzen, Whitepaper, Marketing-Materialien)
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL, Marketing, Digital Media)
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, die es Dir ermöglichen Lead-Gen Maßnahmen eigenständig zu beurteilen und fortlaufend zu optimieren
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
