- Du übernimmst die Führung und den Aufbau unseres BPM-Kompetenz-Teams als Teil unserer Business Unit Digital Solutions
- Hierbei verantwortest Du die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsleistungen und Kompetenzen im Bereich BPM mit Fokus auf Produktion, Logistik und Supply Chain.
- Du unterstützt unsere Vertriebsorganisation im Akquise- und Angebotsprozess und bearbeitest Vertriebspotentiale unserer Kunden eigenständig.
- Zusätzlich übernimmst Du die Projektleitung von herausfordernden und spannenden Projekten im Bereich der End-to-End Geschäftsprozessoptimierung.
- Erfolgreiches Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung.
- Mehrjährige internationale Berufserfahrung in der Industrie und/oder Beratung – idealerweise mit Einblicken in unterschiedliche Branchen
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der Geschäftsprozessoptimierung und Organisationsentwicklung.
- Tiefgreifendes Prozessverständnis im Bereich Produktionsplanung und –steuerung sowie Logistik.
- Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Reisebereitschaft für den Einsatz beim Kunden vor Ort und ein souveräner Umgang mit allen Hierarchieebenen.
