- Managing credit control activities such as direct client communication, coordinating procedures with sales, implementing risk mitigation strategies through credit insurance, setting credit limits, and releasing orders.
- Overseeing dunning procedures including negotiating payment plans, monitoring their progress, assigning orders for collection, and tracking collection efforts.
- Contributing to sales contract administration by assessing application documents and preparing contracts.
- Maintaining client master data.
- Completion of commercial training or a university degree in business administration.
- Relevant work experience in accounts receivable within an international company.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail in dealing with numbers and a collaborative team approach.
