- Responsible for monitoring the credit risks of our customers
- Working closely with sales and accounting to minimize payment delays
- Assessing the creditworthiness of customers and setting credit limits in cooperation with our insurance partners
- Carrying out regular reviews of incoming payments and payment defaults, as well as the forecast
- Monitoring receivables, checking credit lines and approving customer orders and deliveries
- Accounts receivable accounting
- Process owner of order-to-cash
- Further development of business and IT processes
- Ensuring compliance in the O2C process
- Preparation of meaningful reports and analyses on credit control for management and their presentation
- Management and further development of the Credit Control team
- Successfully completed studies in Finance, Business Administration or a similar qualification, preferably with specialisation or further training in credit control
- At least 5 years of professional experience in credit control, ideally in the automotive industry
- Sound knowledge in the design and application of credit control processes
- Strong and sustainable communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in the MS Office package is a prerequisite
- SAP R3 knowledge is a must, S/4 Hana is a plus
- Management experience
- Willingness to travel
