- Manage credit control including direct client communication, coordinating procedures with sales, risk management through credit insurance, setting credit limits, and order release decisions
- Lead dunning activities by proactively negotiating payment plans, monitoring them, assigning orders for collection, and overseeing collection efforts
- Participate in sales contract administration by assessing application documents and preparing contracts
- Maintain client master data
- Completed commercial training or a university degree in business administration
- Relevant professional experience in accounts receivable within an international company
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Precision in handling numbers and a collaborative team mindset
