    Wooga is on its way to establishing market leadership in story-driven casual games and creating joyful everyday experiences for our players. We are looking for a keen and service-oriented Facility Manager to join our team and help us in our mission to make Wooga one of the best working environments in all of Berlin.

    What you will be doing

  • You will oversee maintenance and repair measures of our unique office space in the center of Berlin of around 3.800 square meters
  • You take ownership of projects like maintenance improvements and getting new technical equipment from choosing to supervising the introduction
  • Maintenance (inspections / maintenance / repair) and development of facility equipment
  • Planning and monitoring the implementation of construction measures
  • Preparation, implementation and documentation of instructions for compliance with safety and occupational safety measures
  • Coordination and supervision of external service providers (including building maintenance, maintenance companies, cleaning, security, craftsmen, etc.)
  • Ensuring the office is managed and maintained to a high standard, incl. control of all external contractors (suppliers, service providers, catering providers, cleaning staff, security service, craftsmen, company technicians, etc.)

    • About you

  • Extensive knowledge of technical building management and the operation of technical facilities
  • Knowledge of constructional and economic contexts
  • Proven facilities management and office management experience
  • You have a hands-on mentality, work in a structured and solution-oriented way and keep your calm and a good mood even in hectic situations
  • Excellent social skills and high service orientation
  • Excellent written and spoken abilities in English and German (at least CEFR C1) - additional languages and proficiency in GSuite are a plus
  • Your passion for facilities and office management completes your profile
