    Die Praxisgruppe Pinsent Masons Managed Legal Services der internationalen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Pinsent Masons bietet Mandanten innovative Rechtsdienstleistungen in Form von Managed Legal Services. Wir unterstützen Mandanten u. a. bei rechtlichen Sonderprojekten mit Managed Legal Project Teams ("Hybrid Solutions") bestehend aus Pinsent Masons Experten, flexiblen rechtlichen Ressourcen und/oder Projektmanagern, ergänzt durch Tools und Prozesse sowie mit innovativen Legal Outsourcing Lösungen ("Legal Desk") zur Auslagerung von Standard-Tätigkeiten der Rechtsabteilung, z.B. im Bereich Commercial Contract Management.

    Aufgrund des starken Wachstums unseres Geschäftes suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung durch einen Managed Legal Service Lawyer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in München oder bundesweit im Home-Office.


    Aufgaben

    In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du Mandanten als Rechtsanwalt, Volljurist oder Jurist/Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) in Managed Legal Project Teams sowie im Rahmen von Legal Outsourcing Lösungen, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht, IT/Datenschutzrecht und allgemeines Wirtschafts-/ Unternehmensrecht und übernehmen als Managed Legal Service Lawyer juristische und/oder anwaltliche Tätigkeiten in verschiedenen Projekten.


    Profil

    Wir suchen einen sympathischen und kommunikativen Teamplayer, idealerweise mit

    • erfolgreich bestandenem, vorzugswürdig überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenem Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts
    • Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung oder als Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in einer Wirtschaftsrechtskanzlei; wir freuen uns jedoch auch über Bewerbungen von qualifizierten Berufseinsteigern (m/w/d)
    • Interesse an NewLaw und innovativen Beratungs- sowie Service-Modellen im Rechtsmarkt
    • Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Anwälten (m/w/d) und Mandanten (m/w/d)
    • verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
    • einer eigenständigen, proaktiven sowie professionellen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
