    Assistant to Head of IT Services (f/m/d)

Join us as Assistant to the Head of IT in our IT services team at EMBL HeidelbergThe EMBL IT Services operate and support the IT infrastructure and services at EMBL headquarters in Heidelberg and the laboratory's sites in Barcelona, Grenoble, Hamburg and Rome.
    Your roleAs Assistant to the Head of IT, you will support the Head of IT and the IT team in organisational and administrative matters, including the following key responsibilities:

    Prepare and update online communication, media, and related documentation
    Support the department's international collaborations and projects in terms of communication and coordination
    Perform additional tasks as required by the Head of IT

    You are an excellent team player, should be service-minded, possess good judgment, respect confidentiality, and are able to maintain effective working relationships in a multicultural environment.

    Excellent command of English is a must, and good knowledge of German is an advantage. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.
