- Entwicklung von Business Modellen mit Fokus auf ganzheitliche Lösungen zur Reduzierung von CO2 Emissionen in Immobilienportfolien mit Blick auf eine Dekarbonisierungsstrategie, ESG, EU Taxonomie, Sustainable Finance
- Budgetplanung und -steuerung in Abstimmung mit unserem Controlling
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Auftragseingang, Umsatz, Profit und weiteren definierten KPIs in Einklang mit der vereinbarten Strategie.
- Auf- und Ausbau von langfristigen Partnerschaften und Kundenbeziehungen
