    Summary
    We are looking for you to fill the role SAP Project Manager Business Transformation (f/m/d) for our BT Deployment team in our Headquarter in Frankfurt am Main (Airport/Gateway Gardens).

    • Tasks and Qualifications:

    Your tasks:

  • As SAP Project Manager Business Transformation (f/m/d) you are part of the KION Business Transformation (BT) Deployment Core Team and manage the successful roll-ins according to the business project plan
  • You oversee and manage all aspects of the S4HANA deployment and are responsible for the respective roll-ins of the processes and solutions with focus on the specific countries and regions
  • You define business readiness tasks as part of cutover, contingency plans, and necessary mitigation actions
  • You manage risks, issues, local workstream status meetings as well as necessary escalations
  • A strong collaboration with country coordinators, stakeholders and local teams is one of your central tasks to which you mainly contribute with our excellent IT project management skills and intercultural competence
  • The successful handover to the receiving organization after Go-Live to ensure a successful hyper care phase is also managed by you in close collaboration with the core team
  • You closely align with a multi-cultural, international, and interdisciplinary team of deployment team members and like to share your knowledge and experience with your peer group"

    • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable studies with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You have already gained experience in large change and SAP / S4HANA projects and obtain excellent skills in IT project management with a deep understanding of project methodology
  • You have strong communication, intercultural and motivation skills with experience in working in an international environment
  • With your growth-mindset and your motivation to work in a high-performance and diverse team you want to keep things moving in a very effective way
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a must-have; further languages skills are beneficial
  • Traveling due to project requirements / phases will be necessary
