    Job Title: Mobilization Manager

    Location: Berlin

    Salary: Negotiable

    Start : ASAP

    My client is looking for a Mobilization Manager to join their team asap

    This is an exciting role where you are given great freedom under responsibility and with a great degree of influence.

    The role:

    • As Mobilization Manager, you belong to Operational Excellence.
    • The role is ultimately responsible for driving mobilization projects within the group and responsible for starting new contracts.
    • It can partly be the start of new customer contact within restaurant operations, or remodeling of existing restaurants and the possible termination of contracts in the best way possible.
    • It can also be projects with the start-up of integrated support services within Soft facility management .
    • You will be running projects within the group for both private and public clients.
    • You update, evaluate and follow up the establishment and divestment process.

    What you will be doing:

    • Start-up of new assignments within restaurant operations with responsibility for concepts being implemented correctly based on agreed customer requirements
    • Requirements for conversions of existing restaurants
    • Start-up of assignments with integrated support services such as housekeeping, reception, conference, office services
    • Coordinating internal and external parties
    • Responsibility for continuously improving project plans and process according to best practice
    • Develop and update mobilization plans for complex / large contracts
    • Apply quality assurance through risk reduction and opportunity management in new contracts
    • Work against the contract budget
    • Maintain training and introduction to the concepts
    • Participate in customer meetings

    To be successful in this role, it is required that you have:

    • Previous experience of having worked in project form (resource-time and financial planning).
    • Furthermore, you have previously worked in a representative role and are thus used to acting representatively towards both external and internal contacts.
    • Good knowledge of Office programs.
    • Advantageous if you have previous experience in negotiation, sales and worked in an international or large organization.
    • Experience in the restaurant industry, Facility Management company or the hospitality industry.
    • You speak German and English in both writing and speech.
    • Driving license B is a requirement for this role.
