Role Responsibilities

The department has accountability and responsibility for front to back trade booking flows, providing specialised operational support of complex GCM deals in the EMEA region, where Morgan Stanley is part of the Syndicate.

This position is a middle office, business facing role supporting EMEA GCM in all their equity and fixed income new issuance activity.

Syndicate Operations is a high profile department dealing with the Firm's largest clients.

The team support one of the firms most critical strategic businesses, supporting high value GCM transactions and are in contact with sensitive/private-side information on a daily basis.

These include both Primary IPO share offerings, Primary Debt offerings and Secondary sourced business such as large block sales and follow-ons.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience in either a Client Service, Trade Support or Settlements focused role
  • Experience working in Banking/financial Services sector
  • Excellent time/priority management skills, flexibility
  • Articulate, effective communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Discreet, professional manner maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
  • Fluent in English, German (desirable)

Job Types:
