HR Assistant/ AdministratorRole Responsibilities:
- Assistant to the HR team in Frankfurt (Support and administration, e. g. in the preparation and documentation of employment contracts, work certificates, preparation of Invoices)
- Processing expense reports and invoices
- Manage itineraries, arrange all travel and all logistics
- Meeting/ conference calls setup, including all meeting logistics, internal and external
- Reservation of meeting rooms, etc.
- Arrange courier services
- General correspondence and support
- updating Legal & Compliance Documents
- creation of presentations
- Ordering and management of office supplies
- Smaller project work in the area of HR Recruiting, Talent Development, Department work
- Maintenance of databases
- Business correspondence in German and English
Qualifications - External
Skills required:
- Must be fluent in German and English, another continental language of advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and execute multiple tasks
- Highly organized and willing to adapt to changing needs
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least 23 years of professional experience
- Stressresistant

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: 30,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
