- Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Abteilung "BEO - Vehicle Calibration Electric Powertrain"
- Du bist für ein Team von ca. 30 Mitarbeitern zuständig
- Du übernimmst die Akquisition von (inter-) und nationalen Projekten und die gezielte Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- Du bist in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung für die der Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität und Ressourcen sowie Kosten und Terminen verantwortlich
- Du begibst dich regelmäßig in Kundenkontakt und erweiterst dein Netzwerk sowie unser Leistungsspektrum
- Du bist für die strategische Produktplanung und Weiterentwicklung sowie weltweite Zusammenarbeit im Fachbereich zuständig
- Du erstellst Präsentationen sowie Vorträgen und präsentierst das Thema innerhalb der FEV Group
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automotive, idealerweise auch im Bereich elektrische Antriebssysteme, sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Applikation und funktionale Integration von elektrische Antriebssysteme und kennst die OEM-Trends
- Du verfügst über tiefes technisches Know-How im Bereich Hochvolt-Komponenten des Antriebsstrangs, deren Funktionsweise und Zusammenwirken
- Du beherrscht Entwicklungsprozesse und -Methoden im Fachgebiet sicher, vor allem virtuelle und modellbasierte Entwicklungsmethoden und Tools
- Du hast ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu OEM und Tier-1-Unternehmen im Bereich elektrische Antriebssysteme
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit mit
- Du hast eine Persönlichkeit, welche durch deine verantwortungsbewusste, unternehmerische Denk- und Handlungsweise geprägt ist
