    Job Description

    Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt und Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Commercial Advisor Collection (m/w/d).

    Was Sie erwartet

  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Partner*innen, Fachabteilungen und Mandant*innen in allen Belangen rund um den Bereich Working Capital
  • Sie verantworten das Forderungsmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Anwälten und den Mandanten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Kontrolle der Außenstände und das Erarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen zur Verbesserung der Liquidität
  • Die Sicherstellung der hierfür notwendigen Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen, ebenso wie die Beantwortung von ad-hoc Anfragen und das Erstellen von Analysen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie internationale Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der globalen Prozesse und gewährleisten somit die Optimierung und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
    • Qualifications

    Was Sie auszeichnet

    Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium. Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung innerhalb einer Anwaltskanzlei oder Professional Services Firm ebenso wie Erfahrung im Bereich Forderungsmanagement mit. Mit Ihrem sicheren Auftreten kommunizieren Sie adressatengerecht auf allen Hierarchieebenen. Sie verfügen über eine sehr ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Denk- und Arbeitsweise. Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Ihre Eigeninitiative können Sie in einem Team erfolgreich einsetzen und Mitarbeiter motivieren. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Mit den MS-Office-Programmen – insbesondere Excel – kennen Sie sich bestens aus.
