    Für unser Partnerunternehmen in Essen suchen wir eine*n Payroll Specialist. Das Unternehmen ist einer der führenden europäischen Anbieter im Forderungsmanagement. Dank umfangreicher Expertise kann das Unternehmen seinen Kund*innen kompetente Lösungen in allen Bereichen des Forderungsmanagements anbieten.
    Du übernimmst die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung der Gesellschaften
    Die Durchführung notwendiger manueller Zahlungen und die Prüfung sowie Umsetzung sich ändernder Anforderungen in der Gehaltsabrechnung (bspw. gesetzliche Änderung) werden von dir durchgeführt
    Die Aufbereitung und Abstimmung der Daten für und mit dem Rechnungswesen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
    Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit
    Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
    LOGA, Workday) sind von Vorteil
    Ein starkes Stakeholder-Management und hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie Praxis in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sind für dich selbstverständlich
