WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Talent Sourcers focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality professionals for key roles across the EMESA region.

In collaboration with the wider recruitment team, the role will support a diverse range of roles across all regions, leveraging new channels in the market to identify, attract and assess critical talent for this high growth business.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Owning and managing the social media strategy to continually promote the BCG brand
Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Bachelor's Degree
24+ years Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience required with proven success in utilizing a range of direct sourcing tools
Experience of talent sourcing across EMESA within an international organization is highly preferred
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with current and emerging direct sourcing techniques
Strong understanding of social media and how to effectively leverage the opportunities it presents for recruitment
Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements
Polished interview skills and telephone manner with behavioural based interviewing experience
The ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
The ability to problem solved and think creatively around strategies for identifying quality talent. Excellent English is required
