- Du bist für die Koordination und Abstimmung von Deployment Automation Workflows in ServiceNow und anderen Tools und Methoden zuständig.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Betreuung des gesamten Operations Lifecycle.
- Du wirkst bei der Etablierung von Digital Operations und zugehöriger Prozesslandschaften mit.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT- oder Systemadminístration.
- Du bist vertraut mit dem ITIL Standard.
- Du kannst Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie im Change-Management vorweisen.
- Zu deinen Stärken zählen starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren.
- Im Optimalfall besitzt du bereits SAP Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Verwendung von ServiceNow
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
