- You will act as a key member of the team and will be responsible for serving a defined customer base in day-to-day business
- You are responsible for establishing, maintaining and cultivating business relationships
- You will prepare negotiations, conduct negotiation meetings and review existing customer contracts
- You create and coordinate the annual planning process (budget) for the customer and analyze sales and profitability
- You are actively involved in the implementation of sales acquisition, development and customer strategy (master plan)
- You will assist with analyses relating to competition and the market
- A degree or training in the field of business administration
- Willingness to regularly travel internationally and visit customers (~50%)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Good communication, organizational and coordination skills, initiative, resilience and a strong customer focus
- Relevant work experience and a technical orientation are an advantage
