- Key member of the OEM Team in EMEA, responsible for one or more customers
- Key point of contact for all sales related activities within the defined sales area.
- Responsible to act as the first escalation point of contact and coordinator for the customer in the defined sales area.
- The role carries heavy responsibilities in terms of customer interaction across all elements of the customer business therefore building solid business relationships at various levels is an integral element of the role.
- Frequent visits to the various customer locations throughout the defined sales area in addition to some international travel to support and represent the company with regards to the wider international responsibilities for the account.
- Prepare and conduct the negotiations for existing business and prices during the mass production phase.
- Leads commercial negotiations for the defined sales area
- Responsible to create and coordinate the annual planning process (Budget) for the customer for the defined sales area.
- Obtain customer specifications, information, standards, and relevant information from the customer to aid sales development.
- Review and monitor the existing customer contracts on a regular basis
- Support and action Sales acquisition, development and Customer Strategy as well as Opportunity Management (Masterplan).
- Support competitor and market analysis.
- Review and monitor the sales performance for the defined sales area.
- Technical level of education
- 3-5 years of relevant sales and business development experience (B2B) preferable in RV/camping industry
- Technical knowledge of Dometic products as well as customers ́ business is a nice plus
- Relevant IT tools (MS Office)
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), any further language knowledge is welcomed
- Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative, and ability to work under pressure
- Positive, self-motivated mindset

We are now looking for a hands-on Key Account Manager (Exterior).
Purpose
The job incumbent provides ongoing support to the defined customers on a day-to-day basis. He/she is the main customer interface, especially for all commercial topics such as the acquisition of profitable business or issues in the mass production for the entie Dometic product portfolio. He/she supports the definition and the implementation of the reqired business strategies and maintains profitable business relationships.
