- Aktive Förderung des modellbasierten Entwicklungsprozesses für den C&P-Entwurf
- Entwicklung von C&P-Designkonzepten im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Triebfeder für die Umsetzung von Best Practices und Lessons Learned im Projekt
- Verantwortlich, rechenschaftspflichtig und beitragend im Sinne der RACI-Matrix für Projekte und Angebote
- Verfolgung von Problemen und Abweichungen sowie Initiierung von Abhilfemaßnahmen von der Ausschreibung bis zur Abnahme im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Analyse der Kundenspezifikation mit Fokus auf die technischen Anforderungen an die C&P Hardware im Hinblick auf die Abweichungen von unserem Standard, die Machbarkeit und die notwendigen Tests.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung des Gesamtprojektplans
- Verantwortlich für die Kostenkalkulation (Hardware und Engineering) einschließlich der Identifizierung von Risiken
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der notwendigen Ausschreibungsunterlagen gemäß der RACI-Matrix in Abhängigkeit von der Angebotskategorie
- Durchführen der Auftragseingangskalkulation mit SubPM
- Kontinuierliches Risiko- und Chancenmanagement mit SubPM
- Verantwortlich für das Vertrags- und Claim-Management mit SubPM
- Ressourcenmanagement zusammen mit SubPM und Teamleitern
- Qualitätsmanagement: Unterstützung der Qualitätsfreigaben und Sicherstellung eines angemessenen NCR-Managements
- Terminplanung für C&P-Hardware unter Einbeziehung des C&P-Terminplans
- Kostencontrolling (MIKA) und Fortschrittsverfolgung mit dem Sub-PM
- Planung, Steuerung und Management der Ausführung von C&P HW, Requirement Engineering, Implementierung von C&P-Konzepten, Koordination der Schnittstellen mit anderen ENEC-Teams, Change- und Claim- Management
- Organisieren der Beschaffung von Lieferungen und Engineering Packages
- Klärung mit dem Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Installation und Inbetriebnahme
- Durchführung von Abnahmetests mit Lieferanten und Kunden
- Führen und Verwalten der Dokumentenabwicklung von der Spezifikationsphase bis zur Fertigstellung
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik
- Einschlägige Erfahrung 6-9 Jahre
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich. Deutschkenntnisse bevorzugt
- Fachkenntnisse in HVDC-Hardware und Hardwaretechnik
- Kenntnisse über HGÜ-Regelungs- und Schutzsysteme

Als Projektleiter "Control & Protection Hardware" sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen dem SubPM C&P und den Projektingenieuren sowie den Teams der Anlageninfrastruktur. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der C&P-Hardware von den ersten Konzepten bis zur Fertigung, Prüfung und Kundenabnahme. Sie stellen sicher, dass eine funktionsfähige C&P-Hardware, die den vertraglichen Anforderungen entspricht, an den Kunden geliefert wird.
