    Job Title: SAP Program Manager - S4 HANA Migration (Fixed-Term Contract)

    Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid Role)

    Industry: Manufacturing

    Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee the successful migration of our SAP landscape to S4 HANA. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the migration project, ensuring its timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. This is a fixed-term contract position based in Berlin, Germany, with the possibility of extension.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the S4 HANA migration project within the defined timeline and budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Manage project risks and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
    • Act as a liaison between off-shore technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
    • Drive change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of S4 HANA by end-users, including training and communication initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a SAP Program Manager, leading complex SAP implementation or migration projects, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and previous experience with S4 HANA migration projects is highly desirable.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in German and English.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors..
