    Christian Keil, our Program Director, is looking to strengthen the team with a talented IT Program Manager to join our Ettlingen, Paris, or Berlin office.

    • What you'll do at Nexus

    As a Program Manager, you will manage our programs throughout their implementation, monitoring your SLAs by focusing on schedule, costs, scope, and quality.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive program performance and ensure program excellence by respecting and monitoring the program KPIs during the three phases: Planning, Execution, and Closure.
  • Manage our customer relations by understanding, collecting, and analyzing our customers' needs
  • Negotiate and draft functional and technical legal documents in cooperation with our legal department.
  • Identify further customer needs and share them with our Sales team.
  • Lead our quality process and standards.

  • You have excellent communication skills, and a cooperative mindset but also an ability to stand your ground.
  • You do not shy away from setting clear expectations with an empathic and friendly way of communicating.
  • You enjoy collaborating and working with different stakeholders.

    • Qualifications

  • Relevant education or experience. Preferably a 5-years degree (Master/Engineer).
  • Considerable experience in program management based on complex and multi-technology systems delivery.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile project environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management to coordinate key points with your project team, product owners, the engineering team, and our customers.
  • Professional proficiency in English and one of the following: French or German.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • You possess a PMP or IPMA certificate, combined with experience in PKI or security tech companies.
